General information for event visits

  1. Approach

Entering the venue and parking is always at your own risk. Please follow the instructions of the security staff. Please use public transportation if possible.

  1. Admission
The admission ticket entitles the holder to one visit to the event stated on the ticket. The ticket loses its validity when leaving the venue.
A security check may be carried out at the entrance. The security service is instructed to carry out body searches. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission for good cause (against reimbursement of the ticket price).
  1. Age limit
Concerts can be regarded as public dance events within the meaning of the Youth Protection Act because there is usually the opportunity to dance. If this is the case, young people under the age of 16 may only attend the dance event (large-scale event) if accompanied by a person with parental authority or a person with parental responsibility. Young people aged 16 and over may only stay there alone until midnight. To find out whether an event is classified as a dance event or a concert that may also be attended by under 16-year-olds, please contact your local youth welfare office.
  1. Volume
There is a risk of damage to hearing and health at concerts due to the volume. The organizer therefore provides earplugs at cost price at the box office. Listening to the concert without earplugs is at your own risk.
  1. House rules
The house rules of the respective venue and the instructions and orders of the security staff must be observed. Unauthorized persons are not permitted to enter the stage area or climb barriers. Violations may result in expulsion from the venue by order of the organizer.
  1. Prohibited items

It is prohibited to bring glass containers, cans, tape recorders, film and video cameras, bulky objects, cooler bags, pyrotechnic objects, flares, sparklers, weapons and similar dangerous objects as well as animals. Failure to observe and comply with this prohibition will result in expulsion from the venue.

  1. Prohibition of film and sound recordings

Audio, film and video recordings – even for private use – are prohibited.

  1. Cancellation or postponement of the event

Please check our website regularly for information on event cancellations, postponements and changes. Please also pay attention to press, radio and television announcements in the run-up to your desired event.

Tickets that have already been purchased can only be returned to the advance booking office where you purchased them.
