Wolf-D. Gramatke can look back on a long career as a manager. After several positions as senior manager and managing director in well-known German and international corporations (e.g. BMW, KREIDLER, COLUMBIA PICTURES), Mr. Gramatke took over the management of POLYGRAM Germany as President & CEO in 1989. He managed the activities of the music group as well as its affiliated labels for 11 years.

As CHAIRMAN & CEO of UNIVERSAL Holding, responsible for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, Wolf Gramatke left the company to become an independent management consultant. He has been working as an independent consultant for his company GREAT-MINDS CONSULTANTS GmbH in Hamburg since 2001. In addition, he had various commitments as a member of the supervisory boards of a number of well-known German media companies.
